With the price increases on almost all building material ( especially lumber ) and unpredictable lead times leading to increased project pricing and an almost uncontrollable schedule, customers are not only out more of there hard earned money but are also becoming lets just say a little more agitated . Couple that with the fact that almost EVERYTHING on this earth has significantly increased it seams. Or at least it feels that way. But its not just the homeowner who feels these affects. We as contractors don’t profit more off of the rise. In fact most of us lose potential income. Id like to hear comments from both customers and contractors with their own struggles and stories. until the next post………
